摘要 本文概述了直接调制光源产生相位载波的 Fizeau 干涉型硅微光纤传声器系统的方案。重点对该传声器系统的信号动态范围进行了理论和实验分析。理论计算分析了PGC 调制、解调中低通滤波器的特性和载波频率ω0对信号动态范围上限的影响,并给出了该系统动态范围上限的实验验证结果;动态范围的下限由系统的噪声决定,具体分析了激光器光相位噪声和光电探测器放大电路噪声的影响,结合实验,给出了本系统的噪声情况和降低噪声的处理方法。这些理论分析和实验结果对进一步优化该新型传声器系统具有十分重要的意义。

摘要_英文 In this paper, the schem of interferometric Fizeau MEMS fiber-optic microphone using phase-generated-carrier(PGC) techniques with direct source modulation is described. The dynamic range of the fiber-optic microphone is theoretically and experimentally analyzed.The influences of the low pass filter and carrier frequency in the course of PGC modulation\demodulation on the upper limitation of the dynamic range are analyzed through theoretical calculation, and some experimental results concerned are given; The lower limitation of the dynamic range is determined by the microphone system noise,so the noise influences of the laser optical phase and amplifying circuit of photodetector are analyzed, and according to experiments, the resolution of noise reduction is given. The theoretical analysis and the experimental results are important to the further optimization of the microphone system.
